Shoe, Flies...Don't Bother Us!!!
Anyone who has visited us since Labor Day Weekend knows what it's been like. To put it simply, Morgan has started saying, "Daddy get fly affer work." They seem to be everywhere! At bedtime, we go through the house (no flyswatter, so the September Ensign seems to be the magazine of choice) and get rid of the last stragglers from the day. Then, in the morning, they reappear! It's like they're hiding! Anyway, the black dot on the ceiling is one of those pesky little guys, about to take his last breath. Probably silly to blog about, but, since this is our journal, of sorts, we have to record the month of flies!

OK, so this sounds retarded but it works!!! I have tried it and have had other people succeed with this too! Take a Gallon size ziplock bag and fill it a 1/4 full with water, close the bag, take packing tape and hang it on the outside doors (ie: front and back doors and even garage to the house if needed). This DOES keep the flies out for some reason?! I am not quite sure why but I have tried it because they are so annoying and it wouldn't hurt to try anything and it worked! Good luck!
it's good to know we aren't the only ones dealing with those pesky flies!
okay so i totally know what you mean. they are everywhere during work. i think cause its cold outside they like to come inside where it warm, or in your case vice versa.
